Homes Open Guide at www.homesopenguide.com is a web site being developed to list Real Estate Property homes and houses for sale and are open for inspection.

The web site is being tested for a number of features that will include suburb maps, mapping of homes open with information of time, price and features.

A list of specialist real estate agents for a suburb and real estate statistics and information will be included with a list of home open for the next week end.

Real Estate agents will be able to add information via email or a form in the format of Date Open, Time Open, Price Range, Address and any Features such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, pool etc.

With the rebound in all share markets over the last 2 days, the end is still not insight and caution should still be exercised if buying shares.

Predications of a downturn lasting 18 months have been made. Persons with Margin Loans should be cautious.

If investing in Australian Resource companies, watch the Australian Dollar. If the dollar rises, it may indicate investment flowing back into the resources sector but be cautious of the strength of the American Dollar that may offset this indicator.

A rising Australian Dollar will also effect companies that are paid in the USD which will influence the companies profit.
